本 App 不收集、不儲存、也不分享任何可識別您身分的個人資料。開發者沒有架設任何伺服器，也無法看到您的位置、騎乘紀錄或健康資料。所有資料都只保存在您的 Apple Watch 上，或在您同意後寫入 Apple 的「健康」App。
1. 位置
本 App 只在使用期間取得位置，用來找出您附近的站點，並計算距離與方位。
位置只在您的手錶上計算，不會傳送給開發者，也不會傳送給 TDX、各市政府或任何第三方。
為了在暫時無法取得 GPS 時仍能顯示站點，App 會在手錶上保存最後一次取得的位置。
若您在借車時開啟「記錄騎乘距離」，App 會在騎乘期間記錄 GPS 路線。路線會暫存在手錶上，以便 App 意外關閉時能恢復紀錄；租借結束後即刪除。
2. 網路連線
App 只會連線到以下公開資料服務：
地方政府開放資料：臺北市（tcgbusfs.blob.core.windows.net）、新北市（data.ntpc.gov.tw）、桃園市（opendata.tycg.gov.tw）、臺中市（newdatacenter.taichung.gov.tw）、臺南市（soa.tainan.gov.tw）、高雄市（openapi.kcg.gov.tw）。下載該市全部站點的即時可借車輛與可停車位數量，不傳送任何站點或位置資訊。開啟「低數據模式」時不會使用。
交通部 TDX 運輸資料流通服務（tdx.transportdata.tw，僅限購買任一項目或訂閱者）：傳送附近幾個站點的站點編號（不是您的 GPS 位置），取得即時的可借車輛與可停車位數量；另外大約每週一次、僅在 Wi-Fi 下，下載各縣市的站點清單作為離線資料。
手動選擇區域時（僅限提供即時資料的六個直轄市），即時數量向該市政府取得；購買任一項目或訂閱者在市政府資料無法取得時，改向 TDX 取得。自動判斷服務區域（僅限「天使贊助者」訂閱者）時，即時數量向 TDX 取得，TDX 沒有提供的站點改向該市政府取得（限上述六個直轄市）。
這些連線不包含您的位置、裝置識別碼或任何個人資料。和所有網路連線一樣，這些服務的伺服器可能會看到您的 IP 位址，這部分依各服務的隱私權政策處理。
3. 「健康」App
若您允許，App 會在租借結束時將騎乘寫入「健康」App，內容包含騎車體能訓練、騎乘距離、活動能量，以及 GPS 路線（若有記錄）。
App 只寫入、不讀取任何健康資料。
健康資料不會用於廣告或行銷，也不會提供給任何第三方。
您可以在 App 的「設定」中關閉儲存到「健康」，或在 iPhone 的「健康」App 中隨時檢視、刪除這些資料，並撤銷權限。
4. 通知
租借時間提醒（超過 2 小時、4 小時）以及停留提醒都是在手錶上排程的本機通知，不經過任何伺服器。
5. 地圖導航
點選導航時，App 會把站點的座標交給 Apple 的「地圖」App 開啟路線。之後的處理依 Apple 的隱私權政策。
6. 設定
您的偏好設定（服務區域、站點數量、搜尋距離、語言等）只保存在手錶上。App 也會在手錶上記錄每月的查詢次數，用來計算免費版每月 50 次的即時查詢上限；這些次數不會傳送到任何地方。
7. 購買項目
訂閱與購買由 Apple 透過 App Store 處理，付款資訊由 Apple 保管，開發者無法取得。
App 在手錶上向 App Store 確認您擁有哪些項目，並把結果保存在手錶上，以便離線時也能使用；購買紀錄不會傳送給開發者。
開發者只會收到 Apple 提供的彙總銷售報表，其中不包含可識別您身分的資料。
您可以隨時在 Apple 帳號的「訂閱項目」中管理或取消訂閱。
不需要建立帳號或登入
不使用任何分析、廣告或追蹤工具，也沒有第三方 SDK
不追蹤您在其他 App 或網站上的活動
不出售、出租或分享任何資料
刪除本 App 即會移除它保存在手錶上的所有資料。已寫入「健康」App 的騎乘紀錄，可在「健康」App 中管理或刪除。位置、健康與通知權限可隨時在手錶或 iPhone 的「設定」中撤銷。
本 App 不收集任何人的個人資料，包括 13 歲以下的兒童。
若本政策有變更，會更新本頁面及上方的生效日期。

This app does not collect, store, or share any personal information that identifies you. The developer runs no servers and cannot see your location, rides, or health data. All data stays on your Apple Watch or, with your permission, is written to Apple's Health app.
1. Location
The app uses your location only while you're using it, to find nearby stations and calculate their distance and direction.
Your location is processed on your watch and is never sent to the developer, to TDX, to any city government, or to any third party.
So it can still show stations when GPS is briefly unavailable, the app keeps your last known location on your watch.
If you turn on Track Ride Distance, the app records your GPS route during a rental. The route is stored temporarily on your watch so the ride can be restored if the app closes unexpectedly, and is deleted when the rental ends.
2. Network connections
The app connects only to these public data services:
Local government open data: Taipei (tcgbusfs.blob.core.windows.net), New Taipei (data.ntpc.gov.tw), Taoyuan (opendata.tycg.gov.tw), Taichung (newdatacenter.taichung.gov.tw), Tainan (soa.tainan.gov.tw), and Kaohsiung (openapi.kcg.gov.tw): to download live bike and dock counts for every station in that city. No station or location information is sent. Not used in Low Data Mode.
TDX, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications' Transport Data eXchange (tdx.transportdata.tw, only after an in-app purchase or with a subscription): to send the station numbers of a few nearby stations (not your GPS position) and receive their live bike and dock counts; and to download each city's station list as offline data, about once a week and only over Wi-Fi.
When you choose areas yourself (limited to the six cities that publish live data), live counts come from that city's government; after an in-app purchase or with a subscription, TDX is used if the city's data can't be retrieved. When service areas are chosen automatically (Angel Supporter subscribers only), live counts come from TDX, and stations TDX doesn't cover are looked up in that city's government data (for the six cities above).
These requests don't include your location, device identifiers, or any personal information. As with any internet request, these services' servers may see your IP address, which is handled under each service's own privacy policy.
3. Health app
If you allow it, the app saves each ride to the Health app when the rental ends, as a cycling workout with distance, active energy, and the GPS route (if recorded).
The app only writes health data and never reads any.
Health data is never used for advertising or marketing and is never shared with any third party.
You can turn off saving to Health in the app's Settings, and view, delete, or revoke access to this data at any time in the Health app on your iPhone.
4. Notifications
Rental-time reminders (after 2 and 4 hours) and stationary alerts are local notifications scheduled on your watch; they don't go through any server.
5. Directions
When you tap a directions button, the app passes the station's coordinates to Apple Maps. Apple Maps is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
6. Settings
Your preferences (service areas, number of stations, search distance, language, and so on) are stored only on your watch. The app also counts your searches each month on your watch, to apply the free version's limit of 50 searches with live counts a month; these counts are never sent anywhere.
7. In-app purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Your payment information stays with Apple and is never available to the developer.
The app checks with the App Store, on your watch, which items you own, and keeps the result on your watch so it also works offline. Your purchase history is never sent to the developer.
The developer only receives Apple's aggregated sales reports, which don't identify you.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account's Subscriptions.
No account or sign-in
No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and no third-party SDKs
No tracking of your activity across other apps or websites
No selling, renting, or sharing of any data
Deleting the app removes all data it stores on your watch. Rides saved to the Health app can be managed or deleted in the Health app. You can revoke location, Health, and notification access at any time in Settings on your watch or iPhone.
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, this page and the effective date above will be updated.
